From Genkgo to your members’ wallets

We aim for about a day of work on our side, most of it spent confirming your folder and group structure with your board.

Steps

  1. Agreement and Apple account

We sign a processing agreement. The same day your association starts its Apple Developer enrolment, which costs the association €99 a year, paid to Apple. Apple needs a D-U-N-S number, which is the longest wait.

  2. A Genkgo service account

In Genkgo you create a service account that can read members and events (organization.read, event.read) and send us its token. Never a personal login, and you can revoke it any time.

  3. Discovery

We read your Genkgo structure once: folder names, group names, member counts and which profile fields are in use. We keep names and counts, nothing else.

  4. Mapping with your board

Together we decide which folders and groups mean member, active, board, ex-board and alumni, and how long each membership type stays valid.

  5. Dry run

We apply the rules without issuing anything: the number of cards per design and per membership type, with sample names for your board to check. Nothing goes out until the numbers are right.

  6. Cards go live

Your logo, colours and texts, in Dutch and English. Welcome mails stay on hold while the board tests; then you send the launch mail.

  • Payments and membership fees
  • Events and tickets
  • Folders and groups

We only read from Genkgo. Nothing is written back.

What you manage with us

  • Partners and their discounts
  • Announcements and location campaigns
  • The launch mail
  • Logins for scanner staff
  • Check-in and stamps, if you use them

See your own card first

Upload your logo, pick your colours and watch the Apple and Google card change as you type. Nothing leaves your browser until you send it.
